To be successful, paraprofessionals should demonstrate patience, compassion, and empathy when interacting with students, as well as professionalism. Paraprofessionals should have strong management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Village Learning, Inc. is currently seeking paraprofessionals that will support children in first through fifth grades in remote learning programs.
Associates degree with courses in psychology, education, or special education. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior work experience with children
Can pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
HOURS & PAY:
Flexible hours available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m
Paraprofessionals may work up to 30 hours per week
